A short-term loan provider based in Wichita, Kansas, CURO possesses more than 400 international locations operating under the Rapid Cash, Cash Money, LendDirect, WageDayAdvance, and Speedy Cash brands. Working closely with individuals from communities that are underserved, CURO offers a path to financial freedom through a fully integrated technology platform. As the leader of CURO, Don Gayhardt manages a team of more than 5,000 individuals across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Before taking up his leadership role with CURO Financial Technologies Corp, Don Gayhardt spent 18 years with DFC Global Corp. During his tenure with DFC, he added 715 stores in the United Kingdom and Canada, significantly expanding the company’s global reach. He gained considerable management experience in the short-term credit industry, particularly in complex financial transactions and large acquisitions.
In the philanthropic sector, Don Gayhardt has served as the chairman of Music Training Center Holdings, LLC, since 2009. A music education program based in Philadelphia, Music Training Center works with hundreds of students every week, offering programs ranging from musical theater and rock music courses to private music lessons.
Don Gayhardt holds a bachelor of business administration in accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
